Usual and customary fee schedule

(new rates effective June 1, 2023)

Individual session:

     Initial Assessment Session (90-minute session + intake paperwork)                          $250

     Individual Psychotherapy Session (51 to 60 minutes)                                                 $200

Group Psychotherapy Session (60 to 90 minutes)                                                           $80+

Family/Couples Therapy Session (45 to 50 minutes)                                                      $220

Psychological Assessment (per hour)                                                                                $250

Missed Appointment/Cancelled With Less Than 24 Hours                                             Same as per session rate (as scheduled)

     *Note: 24 hours = One full business day                                                                                              

General Treatment-Related Services (per hour)                                                                $200

     (Calls over 10 minutes, completion of forms, letters, etc. Prorated by time spent.)

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.  When able, I will assist you in seeking reimbursement for out-of-network costs.  Not all insurance carriers will reimburse out-of-network expenses for mental health providers.  If you wish to seek reimbursement for our therapy sessions it is important that you contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions: 

Have I met my deductible for this year?

Do I have mental health benefits?

Can I file for reimbursement if I am seeing an out-of-network provider?

Can I be reimbursed if I am seeing an unlicensed therapist being supervised by a licensed psychologist?

What is the percentage amount I will be reimbursed?

If your insurance provider indicates that you can seek reimbursement I will make a copy of your insurance card and then provide you with the necessary documents to submit to your insurance provider.
